Do you mark up model prices?
Pool prices are listed per model and never exceed official API prices; on open models routed through direct channels they are typically 20-40% lower. BYOK traffic is never marked up.
Is BYOK really free?
Yes. Requests on your own keys cost you nothing on Developer, and are included in Pro. We meter them for your dashboard only.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes — balance top-ups accept cards via Stripe and USDT/USDC where cards don't work. Both produce PDF invoices.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Requests are rejected at pre-deduction with a clear 402 — you are never billed past your balance. Auto top-up is optional.
Do rate limits apply to BYOK traffic?
BYOK traffic is limited by your own provider quotas; our per-minute limits apply to pool traffic only.
